Help me decide how to use my new journal!

Haven't gotten to it yet, but... I have 3 days on one page with just a few points on each.
Is this a sign I should do this differently or that I need to do more in general?

I kinda wanna try a bullet journal but then I'd need a new notebook 'cause I am starting to like the daily 'just write a few things that happened' so far.

You could always just get a cheap one at the dollar store.

Also, I actually went to the dollar store on Friday to get one. It's a cute tiny notebook that's easy to take with me, but not the easiest to do colorful spreads in. Still I like it so far. :3
